SPAIN PARK JAGS YOUTH CHEER

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

If you attend or are zoned for any of the following schools, you are eligible to play for the Spain Park Jaguars Youth Football Program:

Greystone Elementary

Riverchase Elementary

Rocky Ridge Elementary

Shades Mountain Elementary

Berry Middle School

Home-schooled, zoned for any of the above schools

Private school or other school, zoned for any of the above school

Registration Cost $100-DUE WHEN REGISTERING (NON REFUNDABLE)

Megaphones will be purchased for an additional $30 through Cheer Director
